I’m Executive Director of Operations at Informative Research. Across healthcare, SaaS, and financial services, I’ve built businesses, developed teams, and led through growth and change.

I built Trinity Fire Partners and brokered its sale to a leading competitor. Following the acquisition, I was brought in to build Life Safety Compliance Solutions: the team, services, operating processes, and client relationships that helped healthcare facilities meet life safety requirements.

LifePoint Health became a client, engaging me as a fractional director through Life Safety Compliance Solutions. I oversaw life safety compliance, survey preparation, and remediation alongside facility leaders. That engagement led to my direct hire.

As Tricentis prepared its customer success teams for significant growth, I connected with an SVP about that challenge. I applied the same strengths: clear communication, analytical thinking, team building, and growing client relationships.

Today, at Informative Research, I focus on strengthening operations, improving service delivery, and supporting scale by aligning people, process, and technology around customer needs.
